An article must provide independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts or show that it meets the notability guidelines. It is now wikipedia policy that biographical articles about living people must have independent verifiable references. As a matter of policy, all biographies of living people will be deleted if they do not have references. Although you have given references, one is just a blog, and it's not clear tome that the Spanish ones are proper sources. If this guy really is notable, there should be coverage in mainstream media in either Spanish or English

The "celebrities" don't have links to wikipedia articles, which doesn't help establish notabilty

It was written in a promotional tone. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic

  • working with celebrities... that doesn't make him notable
  • exclusive... legendary Celia... extensive world-wide touring experience spammy language without an in-line reference
  • ® trade marking is spammy too
  • While under his management, Celia Cruz earned.. no in-line reference to suggest that it's because of him
  • keeping the Celia Cruz legacy alive. spammy

He may well be notable, but you need proper references, which support the text, links to related articles, and an encyclopaedic tone without the adulation, trade marks, Mr. etc Jimfbleak - talk to me? 08:00, 20 November 2011 (UTC)Reply
