January 2016 edit

Hello, I'm Sundayclose. I noticed that you made a change to an article, List of Magical Negro occurrences in fiction, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you.   Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to List of Magical Negro occurrences in fiction, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please make use of the sandbox if you'd like to experiment with test edits. Thank you. There are two problems with your most recent edits. First and foremost, you are misrepresenting sources, citing IMDb as a source that a character is "Magical Negro" when IMDb does not state that. In effect, you are lying about what is in the source. That is an egregious offense on Wikipedia and can get you blocked from editing. Please stop. Secondly, IMDb is not a reliable source. See WP:RS/IMDB. Sundayclose (talk) 03:20, 3 January 2016 (UTC)Reply
