August 2012 edit

Hello, I'm Jim1138. This might not have been intentional, but I noticed that you recently removed some content from Gajendra Pal Singh Raghava without explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks, Jim1138 (talk) 06:29, 26 August 2012 (UTC)Reply

September 2013 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that the username you have chosen, "Imtechchd", seems to imply that you are editing on behalf of something other than yourself. Please note that you may not edit on behalf of a company, group, institution, product, or website which relates to the entity in question, and Wikipedia does not allow usernames that are promotional or accounts that are shared. If you are willing to use a personal account, please take a moment to create a new account or request a username change that represents only yourself as an individual. You should also read our Conflict of interest guideline and Plain and simple conflict of interest guide, and remember that promotional editing is not acceptable regardless of the username you choose. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. Thank you. Yworo (talk) 19:44, 21 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

Response edit

imtechchd is not a real name, I contribute by this name to keep contributor name anonymous. Best of my knowledge I only put genuine information on wiki, it is possible that I am biased for particular type of information.

Please submit a request to change your user name. Your current user name appears to refer to an organization, Institute of Microbial Technology (IMTECH), based in Chandigarh, India. This is not permitted and if you do not request a change of user name, this account will likely be blocked from editing. You do not have to use your real name, but you may not use a name that refers to a business or other organization. Yworo (talk) 20:35, 23 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open! edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Proposed deletion of File:Raghava award.png edit

The file File:Raghava award.png has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

unused, low-res, no obvious use

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.

Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.

This bot DID NOT nominate any file(s) for deletion; please refer to the page history of each individual file for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 01:01, 6 August 2019 (UTC)Reply
