Ways to improve Majdi Ibrahim Abdel-Al Sharif edit

Hello, Ilfinocchiodoro,

Thank you for creating Majdi Ibrahim Abdel-Al Sharif.

I have tagged the page as having some issues to fix, as a part of our page curation process and note that:

Al Sharif is only known for his role in the Regeni murder, so all of this material should be in Murder of Giulio Regeni and not in a standalone biography article.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, leave a comment here and begin it with {{Re|Mccapra}}. Remember to sign your reply with ~~~~. For broader editing help, please visit the Teahouse.

Delivered via the Page Curation tool, on behalf of the reviewer.

Proposed deletion of Bank of the Tavoliere di Puglia edit

The article Bank of the Tavoliere di Puglia has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No evidence of notability. The main reference is written before the bank was even established...

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. @Fram: Because of the failure of the investment, a serious international crisis occurred between the Dutch and Belgian governments on one side, and the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies on the other side. The money invested probably belonged to the king William II of the Netherlands himself. I've added a few translated paragraphs to the article, in order to show that it fulfills the criteria for notability. --Ilfinocchiodoro (talk) 17:21, 27 December 2021 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Pedro Hernández (knight) edit

The article Pedro Hernández (knight) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Sole source is an apparent vanity published book about the author's family history, which claims the subject of this article as their putative progenitor. Zero results for the subject, the author, "Ninjo Vague", or "Vito Ninovagio" on Google Scholar, nothing significant in a Google Books search.

In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. signed, Rosguill talk 19:21, 15 November 2022 (UTC)Reply

Just noting that the above is a continuation of the prior process: if PRODs are contested, they are brought to AfD for further discussion. If you still believe the article should be kept, you should make your case at the AfD discussion, as editors there may not check the article's talk page before commenting. I would urge you to closely review our notability guidelines first so that you can make effective arguments. signed, Rosguill talk 18:33, 19 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
