It's great that you incorporated your edits as a section of the article. However, the section still seems not flow well with the rest part of the article. People may be confused about it. Maybe move the following sentence to the beginning of the paragraph -- "Specific binding of aminoglycoside antibiotics induces a local conformational change in the A-site of 16S rRNA within the prokaryotic 30S ribosomal subunit; this conformational change causes codon misreading and inhibits translocation [6]." ? If there are other causes could lead to conformational change, you can create a new section called Conformational change and list the A-site binding section as a sub-section of it.

If you meant to link Mass Spectroscopic to the article Mass spectrometric, you can do Mass spectrometric.
