List of scientific journals

Hi, Before you add a journal to this list, you should establish that it is notable and could have its own Wikipedia article. As far as I see, the IJCSI is not listed in any major index and it is not even in WorldCat, so it is not held by any major library. That almost certainly means that the journal misses the notability guidelines and any article created would get deleted sooner or later. --Crusio (talk) 12:36, 7 September 2009 (UTC)

Dear Mufka, I would like to be unblocked. I was only creating a one-page for IJCSI journal, to explain that it is an open access journal and describing a little the role of the journal in the scientific community. Thanks. Nevin
