LiS: Before the Storm

Thank you for your contributions on the page. Years ago when I added "Farewell" to the article, the edit was reverted because it was not "part of the base game". Although that user is permanently banned now, I think some editors may still disagree with the addition. It may be best to create a discussion on the talk page. Have a nice day. ภץאคгöร 23:00, 6 March 2021 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for March 21

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Square Enix Collective, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Boundless. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:10, 21 March 2021 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Gamekult

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Gamekult requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about web content that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. 𝗩𝗶𝗸𝗶𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗿 10:06, 25 August 2021 (UTC)

For the record, the speedy deletion was reverted by User:Firefly. IgelRM (talk) 15:04, 25 August 2021 (UTC)

Edits on DeepL Translator

Hi IgelRM! Thanks for your effort on maintaining the page about the DeepL Translator. I am a representative of the company DeepL. I recently tried to fix several errors in the article with a recent large edit. I also tried to improve the article at the same time, which was probably a mistake. I found it very important to state clearly that I am a representative of the company, and to be as transparent as possible. I tried to not include any opinions, just clear facts based on good sources. Unfortunately (for me) you undid the whole edit 2 weeks later. I can totally understand your preference against edits by company representatives, especially if the edits rewrite longer parts of the article. Perhaps this was the reason for your undo operation. But how can we address clearly wrong information and correct it?

I hope you are ok with the following: I will no longer try to improve longer parts of the article. It would be great either way if you could have a look at my previous changes, since I still think they improve the article without entering any opinion. Right away I will only edit a few very short paragraphs of the article, this time only the ones that have serious errors or inaccuracies. For each edit I will give an explanation why I correct it. I will not try to improve the rest of the article and edit as little as possible to make sure that the article does not contain wrong information.

It would be great if you could have a look at the edits. If you still think that the old version is more accurate and would like to undo anything, please let us enter into a dialog about it. In each case there is clear proof that the former information was inaccurate or wrong. Hope we can collaborate to create an un-influenced version of the article without any errors.

Thanks for your collaborative work over the years on Wikipedia!
