Deadly tornadoes project edit

Hey Idboizz! Myself along with several other editors are working on an ambitious project: A list of every deadly tornado.

Since it is a large project, I am just letting others with an interest in meteorology know about it.

You are more than welcome to help out if you wish to. The project can be found here: User:WeatherWriter/List of deadly tornadoes. If you have questions about it, feel free to ask me. Cheers and have a wonderful day! The Weather Event Writer (Talk Page) 07:18, 27 November 2023 (UTC)Reply

So basically we are able to create our own version of monstrosity and add them to the list? Is there any limitations or bare minimum that we are to follow before publishing our creations?
And thank you for inviting me into your project, this is my first project ever and I am thoroughly excited for this page's development Idboizz (talk) 09:05, 27 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
Before it can be published and moved into the mainspace, most of the decades have to be completed and any spin-off decades have to also be completed. For example, the 1830s could be left empty prior to publication, but since the 2010s are going to be in their own article (due to the article size rules), it needs to be completed prior to the project being published. Hope that answers that part of your question.
For the part of creating our own version, it isn’t necessarily creating your own. For the project, you can edit User:WeatherWriter/List of deadly tornadoes (or split-off articles like User:WeatherWriter/List of deadly tornadoes (2010–2019)) directly. Those pages will eventually be moved/published once the lists are completed. Hope that helps! If you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to ask and I am glad you are excited for it! Cheers!
