It is sometimes okay to copy from one Wikipedia article to another (see Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia for details). Category:Punjabi Wikipedians

I think the category you want on User:Iamharishjoshi is Category:Punjabi Wikipedians, not Category:Punjab Wikipedians.

"Red" categories do not exist. There is no such category as Category:Punjab Wikipedians, nor is there one called Category:Garhwali Wikipedians. Category:WikiProject Nabha members also does not exist. @Materialscientist: it may help the editor understand what he did wrong and edit in a non-disruptive way if you were more specific.
