Modification of content in 2022 Gujarat Legislative Assembly Elections edit

Hello, please do not make disruptive edits by modifying content given in a source to show some other thing, as you did it in 2022 Gujarat Legislative Assembly election. Ok123l (talk) 11:18, 4 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hi, It's unfortunate that you saw my changes as disruptive. If you go through the edit history, I was just correcting the poll percentages and seat numbers for the opinion poll, which were incorrectly modified by an IP address.
I can see, you've now removed the opinion poll section and I'm sure you've done that because of potential vandalism and not due to any biases. Iamashu95 (talk) 13:51, 4 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
I think you're being sarcastic but i did not remove that, another user did. Also you removed the "AAP" section from the opinion poll that's why I left a message on your TP. Ok123l (talk) 14:08, 4 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hi edit

Please read Wikipedia:Wikipedia is a work in progress and WP:SOFIXIT. Basically I want to let you know that you cannot order anyone to add something as you are telling @Ok123l, they are all volunteers. If you find something lacking add it. Also see WP:ONUS. Important information edit

This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

To opt out of receiving messages like this one, place {{Ds/aware}} on your user talk page and specify in the template the topic areas that you would like to opt out of alerts about. For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor. Bishonen | tålk 18:11, 4 October 2022 (UTC).Reply

Please don't be so rude edit

Please speak civilly to your fellow editors, assume good faith, and don't be so rude. Any more snide bad-faith-assuming remarks like this and this and you're likely to be blocked. Bishonen | tålk 18:17, 4 October 2022 (UTC).Reply

I apologise. I was of the opinion that writers are neutral and won't be selective while editing.
Thanks for clarifying, I'll follow the policies you mentioned. Iamashu95 (talk) 11:01, 5 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

October 2022 edit

Hi Iamashu95! I noticed that you have reverted to restore your preferred version of 2022 Gujarat Legislative Assembly election several times. The impulse to undo an edit you disagree with is understandable, but I wanted to make sure you're aware that the edit warring policy disallows repeated reversions even if they are justifiable.

All editors are expected to discuss content disputes on article talk pages to try to reach consensus. If you are unable to agree at Talk:2022 Gujarat Legislative Assembly election, please use one of the dispute resolution options to seek input from others. Using this approach instead of reverting can help you avoid getting drawn into an edit war. Thank you. Venkat TL (talk) 08:32, 7 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing because it appears that you are not here to build an encyclopedia.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Abecedare (talk) 15:10, 7 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

Administrator note The block was precipitated by this recent post . Normally, I would have just warned you about following the relevant wikipedia policies (WP:NPOV, WP:CIVIL and WP:AGF) but seeing that in your short tenure as a wikipedia editor you have merited and received several such warnings, the onus was on you to show that you can edit collaboratively. Nevertheless, I am willing to convert this indefinite block to a topic-ban from Indian politics, if you (re-)commit that you will follow wikipedia's content and behavioral policies from hereon. Ping me if your are interested. Abecedare (talk) 15:25, 7 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
