Hello, nice to hear you'd like to join the fight against vandalism. You can go to the history page of an article by obviously clicking "History". There you will see the edits to a page such as george bush. If someone vandalizes any page, go to the history, click the date with the username of the person just before the vandal, and it will take you to the page before the vandal was there. Then click edit, and save the page. You will see a little warning at the top of the page saying "You are editing a previous version.." Ignore that. In the edit summary, put rv, or rvv for revert or revert vandalism. I will notify some people about the user you seem to be concerned about. I have to go, as I'm currently at school.. lol.
