Paid editing? edit
Hello INeedToEdit. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, and that you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially egregious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to Black hat SEO.

Hello Zarasophos -- I did post my proposed changes on the Talk page for the article on June 21, as you suggested previously and again here for COIs. Since there was no response, I went ahead and inserted what I wrote since I understood that to be the process. Did I not post in the correct place? I'm still learning, so guidance is appreciated. My connection to TerraCycle is that I am an employee and am working on the article to keep it accurate and balanced and make it a resource for people who are looking for information on the company. A couple things to note in the criticism section that I was trying to correct is that Albe Zakes hasn't worked for TerraCycle for more than two years and companies do pay TerraCycle to recycle waste.INeedToEdit (talk) 20:29, 9 July 2018 (UTC)
