Hey, my name is Ishan Patel. I am a Senior at NJIT studying Computer Science in Newark, NJ. I am currently a Senior and I have created this page for my Technical Communications class for Dr. Lipuma.
WISER Article -Object Oriented Programming
I decided to do my WISER proposal on Object Oriented Programming. I want to make changes to the definition in the current article.
This definition has a lot of the information needed to understand OOP but it is not conveyed in a way that I feel is easy to understand for the general population. The last sentence of this definition is does not really need to be there as it does not enhance the definition at all. While the techniques may seem to be extra I feel that they should be there because they really go hand in hand with this type of programming. The definition does not have a source at the moment.
I selected this topic because I am currently a Computer Science major. I have a strong interest in programming and I am familiar with Object Oriented Programming. This is due to the fact that I was taught Java at NJIT and Java is known as an Object-Oriented Language.
