Welcome edit

Welcome!

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. The following links will help you begin editing on Wikipedia:

Please bear these points in mind while editing Wikipedia

The Wikipedia tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and discussion pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~ (the software will replace them with your signature and the date). Again, welcome! August 2011 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Using different styles throughout the encyclopedia, as you did in Adnan Sami, makes it harder to read. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Please especially make sure that movies and albums are in Italics, singles are with "brackets". Please also see WP:OVERLINK about which words to link. Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Wazir Afzal has been reverted.
Your edit here to Wazir Afzal was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (http://in.groups.yahoo.com/group/sangeet_ke_sitare/message/2618) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 12:27, 27 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

Please do not remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Adnan Sami, without resolving the problem that the template refers to, or giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your removal of this template does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Thank you. Please don't remove {{dn}} tags without resolving them Muhandes (talk) 07:15, 28 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

Same for Jay Soni - you removed the maintenance template without adding a single source that shows notability. --Muhandes (talk) 07:19, 28 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

Please do not use styles that are unusual, inappropriate or difficult to understand in articles, as you did in Wazir Afzal. There is a Manual of Style, and edits should not deliberately go against it without special reason. Thank you. Although I left you a notice before, you keep ignoring the manual of style. Please specifically peruse MOS:BOLD and MOS:ITALIC which you completely ignore. Muhandes (talk) 07:22, 28 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

Also, per MOS:FLAG "Avoid flag icons in infoboxes". --Muhandes (talk) 07:29, 28 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Wazir Afzal edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Wazir Afzal requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. Preview button edit

Many of your edits, like the ones you made to Salma Agha, Mohammad Ali (actor) and many more are completely useless as they add fields not supported by the template. Please use the preview button to avoid this in the future. --Muhandes (talk) 07:49, 28 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

Your addition to Wazir Afzal has been removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other websites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites or publications as a source of information, but not as a source of article content such as sentences or images. You have been blocked from editing for a period of 24 hours for violating copyright policy by copying text or images into Wikipedia from another source without verifying permission. You have been previously warned that this is against policy, but have persisted. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. 5 albert square (talk) 23:23, 6 September 2011 (UTC)Reply

Please stop. Continuing to remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Khawaja Khurshid Anwar, without resolving the problem that the template refers to may be considered disruptive editing. Further edits of this type may result in your account being blocked from editing Wikipedia. Muhandes (talk) 08:05, 7 September 2011 (UTC)Reply
