As Blow of Light says, if you believe that the page was incorrectly deleted, the way to handle it is to request a review at WP:DRV or, if you wish, you may create a subpage in your user space, where you may take as long as you wish to craft the page, and THEN it won't get deleted. If you are having trouble getting pages deleted, please read Guide to Creating your First Article and Reasons why pages get deleted.
