Fair use rationale for File:Erica anderson jpg.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Erica anderson jpg.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Polly (Parrot) 14:06, 18 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of File:Erika anderson jpg.jpg edit

A tag has been placed on File:Erika anderson jpg.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused redundant copy (all pixels the same or scaled down) of an image in the same file format, which is on Wikipedia (not on Commons), and all inward links have been updated.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Your recent edits edit

Please don't copy material from ODUsports.com and paste it into articles, like you did at Mark West ([1], [2]) and other articles. You need to put as much as possible into your own words. Thanks, Zagalejo^^^ 06:56, 26 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

Lieberman edit

You added a couple claims about Nancy, without providing a reference. I tracked down a reference for one claim, but haven't found one for the other claim. I won't be surprised, in fact I'll be stunned, if she isn't in the ODU Hall of Fame, but we need a reference. Her speaker bureau doesn't count. Please provide one if you can find one - if not, the claim will have to be removed.--SPhilbrickT 21:24, 29 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

Nancy Lieberman is a member of the ODU Sports Hall of Fame. She was inducted in 1985. just click on ODUsports.com then traditions then hall of fame

Thanks for your note and research, but please understand I am the sports media relations director at

ODU, so I would not put anything wrong informationally on our alumni(ie; Lieberman, Donovan, West, Hodge Purnell, Penicheiro, etc.).

If you wish to release this text under that same free license (with the understanding that you would be allowing anyone to use it for any purpose, not just Wikipedia), please see WP:DCM and follow the instructions there.
