Wikimania 2007, which is being held in Taipei, Taiwan on August 3-5, is offering opportunities for travel scholarships to Wikimania for active users of Wikimedia projects from the continent of Africa. I based it off of Template:US county navigation box, with mods. I'm also trying it out with Nigerian states, and maybe LGAs in the future. As for the subdivisions of the districts, lists of the local municipalities are *usually* made available on the district municipality articles, even though that's also threadbare. Don't get me started about the towns and cities, though; takes forever and a day to find anything on the *seats* for the districts (which I found at Western Cape's website), let alone the other towns in the districts. Those articles need help, but I'll try to press on with the other districts. Glad that you like them! --Toussaint 18:44, 3 June 2007 (UTC)

Hi. Would you be interested in helping to ensure Wikimania 2008 is held in Cape Town? If so, please go to the Cape Town bid page, and sign up on the discussion page. Cleanup: South Africa
On 14 November 2007 you deleted a whole lot of external links from the South Africa page without discussing or even simply justifying it on the talk page. I believe you should properly motivate every deletion before you do it. Roger 22:20, 14 November 2007 (UTC)
