How to write a care plan edit

Hi. I removed your section on how to write a care plan from the nursing care plan article. While you can document what it is, you cannot give advice. Wikipedia policy is that "how to" articles are not allowed, but when it comes to medical topics there's an extra reason for this - there are a lot of people who will read things on the internet and take the advice they find uncritically. While your addition might be fine, there's nothing to stop someone from editing it and slipping something very harmful in.

Also remember that there are special guidelines for writing about medical topics; you might want to revisit the training module or look over these suggestions. Ian (Wiki Ed) (talk) 23:41, 4 December 2017 (UTC)Reply
