Hi Hopefairy. Thank you for your contribution to the Urinary tract infection article. However, for medical articles there are strict guidelines on what sources are acceptable. These can be found at Wikipedia:MEDRS. In general, review articles published in respected journals are the preferred source of information. In addition, many articles will have arrived at the point you find them after community consensus having been reached on certain points, and this may be found on the article's talk page.
