Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, but at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Peter Hessler, did not appear to be constructive and has been automatically reverted by ClueBot.

  • Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Note that human editors do monitor recent changes to Wikipedia articles, and administrators have the ability to block users from editing if they repeatedly engage in vandalism.
  • Cluebot produces very few false positives, but it does happen. If you believe the change you made should not have been detected as unconstructive, please report it here, remove this warning from your talk page, and then make the edit again.
  • The following is the log entry regarding this warning: Peter Hessler was changed by Hopechina (u) (t) deleting 7665 characters on 2010-05-21T09:18:43+00:00 . Thank you. ClueBot (talk) 09:18, 21 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Please do not delete content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Peter Hessler, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Please make use of the sandbox if you'd like to experiment with test edits. Thank you.--ja_62 09:56, 21 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Firstly, I am not sure why you left a message about this article on my talk page as I have never edited, or even read this article before today.

Secondly, from what I can see of the situation in the page history, I feel I should warn you to calm down. You appear to be getting involved in an edit war and violating the three revert rule. I do not know or care who is at fault, but I can tell you that if you continue this, both you and any other editors involved might risk being blocked. Perhaps you should take a break or request arbitration, and in future please try to remain civil and assume good faith. strdst_grl (call me Stardust) 14:46, 21 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Please do not attack other editors

edit

Please do not attack other editors, as you did at Talk:Leslie T. Chang. Comment on content, not on contributors. Personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. --CliffC (talk) 13:47, 13 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
