PC afd
editThat's fine. You've worked very hard to keep the article. Are you a fan in particular? To be honest I don't really know what a pedalboard is, I just enjoy a debate and pick a few random afd's if I have the time. Szzuk (talk) 20:20, 20 January 2010 (UTC)
- Come to think of it I don't chose afd's randomly, I do look for some kind of 'hook' into them as I scan down the page. I think I was reminded of the Cornish Pasty :) I'm fairly sure PC will stay, at worst it should be no consensus. Szzuk (talk) 20:43, 20 January 2010 (UTC)
Bayless Conley Article.
editHey Holly25,
Just saw that you restored the selfpub references and said that they were in line with WP:Selfpub If you go to the actual selfpub link and look at number 5 on the list it states.
"4. There are no reasonable doubts as to authenticity" "5. the article is not based primarily on such sources"
While I'd normally let #4 slide regarding the 12 year old boy story etc... I think it's pretty clear that the sources need to be removed due to point #5 considering that the only sources or other links are to his personal webpage making the article effectively an unsourced promo piece. Thank you
editThank you for your clear and cogent points made at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Another Gospel (book). Much appreciated, Cirt (talk) 22:50, 21 January 2010 (UTC)
Hello
editI just saw the references you have added to the DJ Die article, and that prompted me to look through your contribs (habitual nosiness lol). I note that you are a new member (under this name?), but was really pleased to see some of your very cogent and unbiased edits, particularly in AfDs, and very particularly in this one. Keep it up :-) Dylanfromthenorth (talk) 01:27, 23 January 2010 (UTC)
Hello Holly25. I've removed the prod template at František Fuka. Fuka is well known and influential film critic and internet personality in the Czech Republic, his comments are widely cited by reliable Czech newspapers and websites for many years (actually, almost from the beginnings of Czech internet). He is also one of the very few notable Czech bloggers. I added independent references and external links supporting my claims, check the article again, please. If you disagree with my opinion, please take the article to AfD. Thank you. --Vejvančický (talk) 08:05, 22 March 2010 (UTC)
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
