Your recent editing pattern of useless whitespace edits is highly suspicious. Graham87 (talk) 04:18, 15 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

Also, your edit to June Spencer went against the cited source and changed the date and access-date parameters in invalid ways. Most importantly, it's clear that you've been trying to game your edit count. Graham87 (talk) 04:22, 15 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
@Graham87 Surely a bit harsh?? I think this is disgusting actually after all the beneficial edits I have made. The only reason I have been contributing whitespace edits as you put it is because the birth template does not always update itself, if you look the only ones I do it for are people who have a birthday that day. Please don't be judgmental, I have no interest in 'upping' my edits, I've been here over 2 years. Why would I start now?? Holl194 (talk) 19:12, 15 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
Sorry about that, I've unblocked you; I understand what you've been trying to do now. Please don't add/remove spaces in situations like that; in future, either make a null editt or purge the page. I thought you might've been upping your edit count because you'd been making many more edits like that recently since the start of the Gaza conflict, and you'd been trying to achieve a high enough edit count to edit those pages for some sort of nefarious purposes. Stranger things have happened here. Graham87 (talk) 02:49, 16 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
@Graham87 Okay no problem, thank you for understanding. I'm glad we could clarify it and I understand why you thought that Holl194 (talk) 03:52, 16 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
No worries ... now I've actually hit the unblock button. I thought I'd done that before but it seems not! Graham87 (talk) 05:01, 16 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom 2023 Elections voter message

edit

Hello! Voting in the 2023 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 11 December 2023. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2023 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:56, 28 November 2023 (UTC)Reply

Dissolution of Parliament

For MPs who are seeking re-election the disclaimer tags have been placed at the top of the article to remove the need to edit the rest of the article during the election period. Robin S. Taylor (talk) 06:12, 30 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
