Hello Hla123. Welcome to the English version of Wikipedia

• Replace the text "Your reason here" with your reason to be unblocked. In this reason, you must:

• Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the edits for which you were blocked.
• Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked.

I believe this is a bad block and I am appealing on behalf of the blocked user (without their consultation or consent). The created article is not "spam," nor was its creation in any way a violation of Wikipedia's Conflict of Interest policy. In what way is the piece Matthew Lutton "spam," as charged by Orange Mike? In what way does the COI policy support either the block or the preservation of the block — do you really honestly think creation of a COI piece meets the standard of "disruption"? Carrite (talk) 15:21, 29 June 2012 (UTC)
