Request reason:

Hi there. I'm blocked due to something related to IP. The thing is I had to use a VPN to be able to access to Wikipedia as I'm in Turkey where Wikipedia is blocked by the government. VPN is the only way that I can access to Wikipedia. Is there anything that I can do to remove this block? Any help and advice is appreciated. Thanks!

Accept reason:

It seems that you have access to some non-blocked ranges, you were editing from as recently as today, but all do appear to be Proxy / VPN ranges. I will grant you IP Block Exemption temporarily. SQLQuery me! 03:29, 1 November 2019 (UTC)Reply

IP block exempt edit

I have granted your account an exemption from IP blocking. This will allow you to edit the English Wikipedia through full blocks affecting your IP address when you are logged in.

Please read the page Wikipedia:IP block exemption carefully, especially the section on IP block exemption conditions. Inappropriate usage of this user right may result in revocation. I hope this will enhance your editing, and allow you to edit successfully and without disruption. SQLQuery me! 03:30, 1 November 2019 (UTC)Reply
