Julian Fantechi (model)

Regarding your addition to List of male performers in gay porn films — those aren't really "porn films", do you think? -- SatyrTN (talk | contribs) 03:03, 10 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

I was just coming to ask the same thing. They have to be gay porn films, at that. Solo sessions can't be classified as such. Appearances in gay print porn doesn't count, either—the list is for performers in gay porn films.
Also, what's with the Julian Fantechi (model) and Giulio Fantechi separate articles? Aren't they the same person? If so, it should be one article with redirects from variations on the name.Chidom talk  03:18, 10 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

License tagging for Image:Alika promotional pic.jpg

edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Alika promotional pic.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 19:05, 29 August 2007 (UTC)

Image permission problem with Image:Edwin sleeping in sand©2001Dianora Niccolini copy.jpg

edit

Image Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading Image:Edwin sleeping in sand©2001Dianora Niccolini copy.jpg I noticed that that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the image (or other media file) agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the GFDL or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the image to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the image has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the image's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Images lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. —Politizertalk • contribs ) 21:18, 2 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Unreferenced BLPs

edit

Hello Hipster3! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. If you were to bring this article up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 874 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:

  1. Yvan Cournoyer (model) - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL

Proposed deletion of Yvan Cournoyer (model)

edit

The article Yvan Cournoyer (model) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

I have unable to find reliable secondary sources to establish the notability of this model via googlebooks, googlenews searches etc, (as opposed to the hockey player of the same name). There are also copyright concerns as the text is very similar to the model's own promotional posts.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Slp1 (talk) 13:02, 21 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
