Hello. I understand that the work I am doing can be thought of as may be autobiographical. I'm not doing that. I'm going working on my music career very shortly, and I just want to get a jump on things. You say about moving info to another area, and you might be able to help me with that. I asked you to do so. I'm not trying to just see you or anything. I just wanted to go with us. I've already emailed the photographer. I have not heard from her yet. But I will let her know what you have told me. Also, as far as the CD pictures, I will be getting in touch with the band manager tomorrow. I asked for a little bit of time to get this going. Thank you for everything.

Writing about yourself edit

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We welcome and appreciate your contributions, but it appears you have written or added to an article about yourself, at User:HillbillyGQ. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Wikipedians with articles). If you wish to add to an existing article about yourself, please propose the changes on its talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see: Why was my page deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss it with the deleting administrator. Thank you. -- Marchjuly (talk) 06:45, 4 January 2017 (UTC)Reply

Hi HillbillyGQ. Techinically what you're working is in your userspace and not the article namespace per se, but I believe most of the links posted above still apply. Users don't really own their user pages in the same way they don't own any articles they create or edit. Some personalizing of user pages is allowed per WP:UPYES and it's even OK (though not really recommended) to work on drafts in your userspace, but user pages which start to look more like a fake articles or are otherwise not appropriate per WP:UP#NOT may be blanked or even possibly deleted as a violation of Wikipedia's user page guidelines. -- Marchjuly (talk) 07:26, 4 January 2017 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of User:HillbillyGQ edit

A tag has been placed on User:HillbillyGQ requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section U5 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to consist of writings, information, discussions, and/or activities not closely related to Wikipedia's goals. Please note that Wikipedia is not a free Web hosting service. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such pages may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. "copyright" edit

Hi, HillbillyGQ. I noticed on the Teahouse Questions page that you asked

How do I make sure that the pictures I am using for my page are actually copy written in my name...

Notice that the word is "copyright", not "copywrite". It refers to the right to make and distribute copies of a creative work, not to writing copies of such a work. So the right way to write your question (sorry, I'm always punning) would be

How do I make sure that the pictures I am using for my page are actually copyrighted in my name...

Hope this helps...
