Supplying a reference is what was required here, so I've added your citation. Without them Wikipedia becomes unverifiable and therefore useless. Plus a lot of us are very wary of anonymous editors making changes to prominent people such as Coetzee. Also, you didn't change the pronunciation, you just deleted the one required by the MOS, leaving the 2nd one incorrect. Deleting a pronunciation is not the way to correct it, but we caught it because your edit triggered a warning. — kwami (talk) 23:55, 29 February 2012 (UTC)
