Contested deletion

1. Wikipedia is not for publishing personal web pages about oneself. If you wish to tell people who you are and what you do there are many websites where you can do do, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and blogging hosts, but Wikipedia isn't one of them.
2. Whether the information given is totally true or not is irrelevant, because being untrue was not the reason for the deletion nomination.
3. If you really think you weren't promoting yourself then I can only wonder what you would consider to be promotional: the whole page was full of self-laudatory language aimed at impressing us with your wonderful skills and competence. JBW (talk) 15:30, 29 November 2023 (UTC)

Need for care in changing article content

In the article Alcan Systems you replaced the name "Esat M. Sibay" with "East M. Sibay", without giving any explanation for the change. A little checking easily confirms that the first name of the person in question is "Esat", not "East". Please take the small amount of effort needed to check that what you are doing is right, before changing article content. JBW (talk) 15:40, 29 November 2023 (UTC)
