Old "sockpuppetry suspicion" post that you never replied to
Hello. Last July, you posted on my talk page saying that I was being suspected of sockpuppetry. This was a surprise to me. I asked you to clarify, but you never did. I just spent a while looking through the talk pages of the "sockpuppeteer" (or whatever the term may be) in question, and it seems like it was decided that I was "unrelated" to the person in question and my case was "closed" (Wikipedia:Sockpuppet_investigations/Mattisse/Archive). I'd really appreciate it if you could post on my talk page something about this investigation having been resolved, so people don't think I'm some sort of evil malicious editor. Mattias Janmark-Nylén
I saw that this offseason you've moved Mattias Janmark-Nylén's page to Mattias Nylén. From the pictures I've seen, he wears the full "Janmark-Nylén" on the back of his jersey and as far as I'm aware, Eliteprospects has his name incorrectly listed. So I'm just wondering where you heard that he was changing to only Nylén. (saint0wen (talk) 19:37, 10 September 2012 (UTC))
- Yes, to be honest, my page move was mostly based on Eliteprospects' name change. Also, birthday.se doesn't include the "Janmark" part of his name. However, AIK and Hockeyligan (official page for Elitserien) both list him as Janmark-Nylén. So, perhaps he's still named Janmark. I won't protest if you or someone else moves it back; Eliteprospects is probably not a reliable source. Cheers, HeyMid (contribs) 15:29, 11 September 2012 (UTC)
Hi Heymid. I'm leaving you this message because you have previously been involved as an adopter with Wikipedia's Adopt-a-user program. A clean-up of this program is currently underway, and as part of the process I am trying to find out who is and isn't still interested in remaining an adopter.
If you would prefer not to be part of the adoption program anymore, you need do nothing; when the overhaul of the project is completed your name will be removed from the list of active adopters. However, if you have current adoptees, an active adoption school or an interest in adopting in the near future, then please let us know by signing here.
If you want to remain in the project and can currently take on more adoptees, there is a serious backlog at Category:Wikipedians seeking to be adopted in Adopt-a-user; it would be enormously helpful if you could take on one or two of the users there.
