Hi! Thanks for registering as an editor, it makes it a lot easier to talk with you. Re: the changes you keep trying to make [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7]: I think part of the problem you are having getting your changes accepted is that you might not be picking the best places to make them. Warp (disambiguation) is a disambigution page which is intended to help a reader find the article they're looking for and aren't really intended to be articles in themselves; and Warp (weaving) is about weaving. Therefore you should either find a page where your changes would be welcomed (or make a new page -- however, I fear any new page might not be considered encyclopedic/notable and put up for deletion.) Good luck! Ewlyahoocom 18:30, 11 February 2006 (UTC)Reply

hi!..well..i truly undrstand..but try to understand my problem to..iv tried several times posting my article even at WARP disamb..but it is simply erased..all iam askin for is some space at warp...our club is really in need of publicity..i can post my article after the weaving description..that seems fine..let me know your opinion..
Sorry, but no, it does not belong on any of those pages. Try the Delhi Public Schhol page, or start a new page. Better yet would be to start your own website -- if your "club is really in need of publicity" then it is highly unlikely that it is notable enough for inclusion in Wikipedia (see Wikipedia:Notability). why cant you merge that warp article with weaving??...that would be the end of the problem..n by the way..we need publicity only at international level..nationally..warp's a known name..better kown than weaving
Wikipedia is not a tool for publicity. I recommend that no one associated with this club (including you) edits Wikipedia in relation to the club (if it's notable then others will edit for you). If you really feel the need, create it as a new article, say clubwarp, where you are not damaging the content of other aritcles. Disrupting good enclypedic content to push your agenda (promotion of a club) is not acceptable - and may result in a block or ban form editing Wikipedia.--Commander Keane 14:07, 15 February 2006 (UTC)Reply

recreation

edit

Hi, please do not recreate deleted content under a new name. I have deleted Clubwarp. I see you also made Warp(dps) and ClubWarp. Having redundant articles is unhelpful. Friday (talk) 18:10, 15 February 2006 (UTC)Reply

A famous club in India? I could not have begun to guess that from the article contents. To me it looks like something school-related. If you honestly feel this deserves an article, how about starting it on your user page? If it gets to the point where it's coherent and establishes the significance of the subject matter, then it can be moved to article space. Continual recreation of the same content is not helpful, it's just wasting everyone's time. Friday (talk) 18:16, 15 February 2006 (UTC)Reply
I have done the first step for you, by moving the article to your user page. I realize you're new here, but continued recreation of articles that have been deleted by several other people is not generally considered a good thing to do. Friday (talk) 18:18, 15 February 2006 (UTC)Reply
