Thanks. I've been here before. Henryuzi 06:35, 16 February 2006 (UTC)henryuziReply
I know. I recognized your name. I saw it tonight on my watchlist for Min Zhu. Been so long since you edited, I thought you might not be back. Seems the Zhu-Zeleny legal dispute is of interest to you. Interested in learning your opinion about the current articles. Leave a message on my talk page if you have any questions about the changes. Welcome back to WP! My interests are more general. However, the Zeleny/Zhu/WebEx affair concerns me as an instance of corporate wrongdoing. I believe that this wrongdoing is proven by corporate words and deeds in and around various lawsuits between these parties. I believe that the current articles overlook several aspects of apparent corporate coverup by WebEx. I will try to fix these omissions once the dust settles. Please look into the latest edit war tracing back to your incorporation of the Min Zhu controversy into the WebEx article. Larvatus 18:56, 27 December 2005 (UTC)larvatusReply

Will do. Henryuzi 04:34, 16 February 2006 (UTC)henryuziReply
Thank you. I would appreciate your testimony in the ongoing arbitration. Larvatus 07:25, 16 February 2006 (UTC)larvatusReply
Done. I will honor your request to stay away from topics being arbitrated, as long as the arbitration lasts. Henryuzi 06:05, 19 February 2006 (UTC)henryuziReply

Shoes of Larvatus

edit

If you step into his shoes and you will be assumed to be him. The penalty applied to him will be applied to you. Fred Bauder 00:49, 19 February 2006 (UTC)Reply

Please clarify your warning. What sort of editing would undermine my right to your assumption of my good faith? Henryuzi 06:05, 19 February 2006 (UTC)henryuziReply

Round-tripping

edit

Hello Henryuzi. The article round-tripping that you created didn't contain sources. I expanded the article, adding sourced material. I moved the material that remains unsourced to the talk page. If you have sources for this material please added it to the article so the material can be included in the article. regards, FloNight talk 18:20, 25 February 2006 (UTC)Reply

  • Round-tripping is clearly documented in WebEx's annual reports. See e.g. its 2003 report [1], acknowledging on p. 5 that 11% of its revenue comes from distribution partners that admittedly include portals. These portals account for a substantial fraction of WebEx's advertising costs documented on p. 50. Most tellingly, WebEx expressly admits its round-tripping arrangement with "a Chinese reseller" on p. 17. In view of the company's history, the details of the loan arrangement appear to signal self-dealing by its Chinese-connected executives. Please see Sun's annual reports for similar corroboration. Please restore the information accordingly. Wikipedia wouldn't want to think that you are partial to coverups of corporate shenanigans. Henryuzi 05:41, 1 March 2006 (UTC)henryuziReply
Henryuzi, thank-you for the feedback. FloNight talk 13:36, 1 March 2006 (UTC)Reply
Copied text from my user talk.
As you probably know, I have been forbidden to edit articles related to WebEx ([4]). As long as this decision remains in force, I am trying not to generate further controversy in this subject matter. However, I repeat my request that you restore the information in the article on round-tripping according to the evidence that I have provided in response to your request. WebEx remains a "hot topic", with evidence of corporate attempts to censor related Wikipedia articles ([5]). It is likely that one or more of the editors currently involved in editing these articles are following corporate orders. Please avoid biased edits that give this impression. Henryuzi, I've closely examined this topic, asked for second and third opinions, and decided not to include the content in the round-tripping article or WebEx. Please let me know if there is a change. Otherwise, I consider the subject closed for now. regards,FloNight talk 16:04, 7 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Final decision

edit

The arbitration committee has reached a final decision in the Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/WebEx and Min Zhu case. Raul654 19:11, 27 February 2006 (UTC)Reply

Arbitration decisions may be appealed to the Arbitration Committee or to User:Jimbo Wales. I am the arbitrator who proposed the decisions which affected you. They are based on your active involvement in the matters under consideration in Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/WebEx and Min Zhu. Fred Bauder 12:36, 7 March 2006 (UTC)Reply
