To explain further, the wastewater reference was published in 2011 so evidently doesn't include any mention of Solar Foods - you would need to find an article explicitly stating that this could be an issue before including it. As far as I can tell their microbe isn't GMO - the patent is just referring to a specific strain. Their website explicitly states that they are not GMO. More generally, the article could definitely be more sceptical about their process. The article was originally written by a paid editor and was a promotional mess which I tried to clean up but it was difficult as many of the sources are in Finnish and inaccessible to me.
