Hello, I'm LakesideMiners. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions —specifically this edit to NPR— because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Help Desk. Thanks. LakesideMinersMy Talk Page 13:07, 6 February 2019 (UTC)Reply

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. While we appreciate that you enjoy using Wikipedia, please note that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia and not a social network. Wikipedia is not a place to socialize or write things that are not directly related to improving the encyclopedia, as you did at NPR. Off-topic material may be deleted at any time. We're sorry if this message has discouraged you from editing here, but the ultimate goal of this website is to build an encyclopedia. Placing your random opinions into the front of articles is not acceptable; it won't generate debate, but will only get you blocked from further editing if you continue. I'd point out that Talk pages of articles are also not appropriate places for you to air your personal views, should you be so inclined. Nick Moyes (talk) 13:43, 6 February 2019 (UTC)Reply
