Albert II of Belgium's illegitimate daughter edit

DNA tests have proven it & the former Belgian monarch has acknowledge Delphine Boel as his daughter. Further reverts on this matter by you, will be considered disruptive & you'll end up blocked. GoodDay (talk) 20:23, 4 February 2020 (UTC)Reply

Mentioned at WP:AN edit

Hello Helsing90. User:GoodDay has complained at the administrators' noticeboard that you are being disruptive at Delphine Boël and at Albert II of Belgium. Thank you, EdJohnston (talk) 20:46, 4 February 2020 (UTC)Reply

Howdy @EdJohnston:. I had pinged Helsing90 to my AN report, but another administrator has since deleted my report at AN. Thanks though, for making the notification here. GoodDay (talk) 20:51, 4 February 2020 (UTC)Reply
Helsing90, you can reply to the complaint here if you wish. EdJohnston (talk) 21:17, 4 February 2020 (UTC)Reply
Hi dear EdJohnston and GoodDay, as Belgian, I can confirm that Albert II confirms that the DNA matched with the DNA of Delphine Boël. But this is not official recognition, Albert II is not yet the legal father of Delphine Boel. The legal father of Delphine Boël is still Jacques Boël, there is a trial in June to determine if Delphine Boël can legally be the daughter of Albert II. Indeed, the court have to decide if the prescription has not yet arrived. --Helsing90 (talk) 21:31, 4 February 2020 (UTC)Reply
Albert II is her father, though. You kept deleting that confirmed fact from both articles. GoodDay (talk) 21:34, 4 February 2020 (UTC)Reply
In Belgium, this is not the DNA who decide the filiation, it is the law! --Helsing90 (talk) 21:36, 4 February 2020 (UTC)Reply
Make that argument at those articles' talkpages, for what you want. Merely reverting to your preference, isn't going to get you anywhere. GoodDay (talk) 21:38, 4 February 2020 (UTC)Reply
GoodDay: No, he is not the father and it's not because you write it that it's true. I am Belgian, I live in Belgium and I read Belgian newspaper, I am more able to you to tell the truth. You can look the website of de Belgian Monarchie, Delphine Boel is not on the website. You can look on the WP:FR, it is the same! --Helsing90 (talk) 21:44, 4 February 2020 (UTC)Reply
I've opened up discussions at Talk:Albert II of Belgium & Talk:Delphine Boël, for you to have a chance to present your arguments & convince others. GoodDay (talk) 21:46, 4 February 2020 (UTC)Reply
I will not discuss about it, it is a fact and I am not talking to conspiracy people sorry! If you decide to persist, that's your problem, you will have problems with other contributors and administrators. Bye --Helsing90 (talk) 21:51, 4 February 2020 (UTC)Reply
Your choice. GoodDay (talk) 21:54, 4 February 2020 (UTC)Reply
GoodDay I have no idea why Helsing90 is claiming Boel is not his daugher, while she is. Albert actually admitted it. Helsing90 why do you claim you read Belgian newspapers and are from Belgium and at the same time mention she is not his daughter? Makes absolutely no sense.Garnhami (talk) 21:57, 4 February 2020 (UTC)Reply
Garnhami I don't know if you are able to read but I have never say that Delphine Boel isn't Albert II's daughter. I said that Delphine Boel isn't legally Albert II's daughter, she is the biological daughter only. The legal father of Delphine Boël is still Jacques Boël, there is a trial in June to determine if Delphine Boël can legally be the daughter of Albert II. Indeed, the court have to decide if the prescription has not yet arrived. In Belgium, this is not the DNA who decide the filiation, it is the law. If the court decide to legalize parentage, she will legally be his daughter. --Helsing90 (talk) 22:01, 4 February 2020 (UTC)Reply
not sure what happened, but my edit here got lost. I see your point, but this is a bit... I know what you are talking about. I have added this to the page, but in all honesty, removing her because she is only his biological daughter is a bit strange. She is his daughter biologically and this counts too. The law you are referring to is more about "money" and other related things, but ok I have edited it, be my guest to improve it.Garnhami (talk) 22:13, 4 February 2020 (UTC)Reply

Perhaps we should have these discussions on the 2 articles-in-question. PS: At least Helsing90 isn't edit-warring on those articles, which would've led to his block. GoodDay (talk) 22:26, 4 February 2020 (UTC)Reply

Garnhami I don't know what is the definition you make for "father" or "daughter" but if you want to talk about someone in Belgium, you have to adapt your definition to the rule of the country. In Belgium, the DNA don't decide the filiation, the law decide the filiation! Exemple: I am adopted, my parents and my parentage are those that the law gives me even if I do not have the same DNA as them. Legally, Delphine Boel has a dad, her mom's husband when she was born. And in Belgium, the father and the mother is an official statut, not like you say it. Albert II did not take the legal steps to recognize Delphine Boel, in his press release, he just admitted that he had the same DNA. --Helsing90 (talk) 22:33, 4 February 2020 (UTC)Reply

Albert II of Belgium edit

YOU WERE TOLD IN FEBRUARY 2020, to STOP messing around with the infobox at Albert II of Belgium. Do you want to be reported to ANI & end getting blocked? GoodDay (talk) 02:23, 22 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

I've reported you here. -- GoodDay (talk) 02:40, 22 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

Sorry GoodDay, You are republican, against the monarchy, as we can see on your profile, your goal is to denigrate it by lying! Delphine Boël is not legally her daughter, the law prescript the filiation and not the biologie. Currently, king Albert II is only the genitor of Delphine Boel. The person who write the opposite is a liar and does a defamation, WP cannot modifies filiation or disregard adoptions. Otherwise, the English (Canadian, American or British) website that you used do not translate correctly the fact Press release :
  • «His Majesty King Albert II took note of the results of the DNA sample which he lent himself to at the request of the Brussels Court of Appeal. Scientific findings indicate that He is the genitor of Mrs. Delphine Boël.»
  • «The request for recognition of paternity must be debated at a hearing before the Brussels Court of Appeal. This hearing will be held on June 4.»
To be the «child of», it is the law that decides and not the DNA but you do not accept it! I am adopted, my parents are those who adopted me AND NOT those who gave birth to me. It is the Belgian law! --Helsing90 (talk) 02:52, 22 April 2020 (UTC)Reply
There is no consensus to have, it's about the facts; you just don't speak french so you don't translate correctly. You mix "biological father" and "father", in Belgium it's very different. The earth is round, not flat, there is no consensus to have. --Helsing90 (talk) 02:59, 22 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

Edit warring about paternity in the Belgian royal family edit

Hello Helsing90. You are risking a block if you revert again on the topic of Delphine Boël's paternity as you did here, unless you have previously obtained a talk page consensus in your favor. The King's statement acknowledging his paternity is reported in this article in a Brussels newspaper named De Morgen. Thank you, EdJohnston (talk) 23:48, 22 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

The outcome was also reported in English by The Guardian on 27 January, 2020: "Belgium's King Albert II admits he fathered child in 1960s affair". EdJohnston (talk) 23:57, 22 April 2020 (UTC)Reply
