Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)

Thank you for your attempt to edit and improve the article Head East. However some properly referenced information was removed without proper justification and has been restored. The details of the bands unusual name, as told by founding member Steve Huston, are not only relevant to the bands history but somewhat humorous as well. Judging by your username you purport to be somehow involved with the band. If so, please understand that Wikipedia is not a public relations tool where the article should be 'spun' to reflect on the subject in only a positive light. Both good and potentially negative information -- as long as it is properly referenced -- is ok for inclusion.

If you really would like to be a great help to the article could you please upload a photo or two of the band that you have proper copyright permission for (see WIkipedia Commons rules in that regard) to the article. Perhaps one of current band members and one of the original lineup, performace photo taken in concert, that sort of thing would be wonderful! Please understand that on a personal level I'm a longtime fan of the band and even enjoyed some conversations with Roger during my radio career days (since retired) -- thats why I undertook major upgrades to the article a few months ago -- so I'm not deliberately trying to be a jerk. Yes, I am a representative of Head East. We are not just talking about information that is negative, we are talking about information that is incorrect and slanderous. Even though Steve Houston made those comments in his interview and they are somewhat based on real events. His words are an embellishment of the truth and slanderous to Baxter. And they are causing problems for the band because other websites are quoting this as being the truth. We do not find the story humorous but damaging to the promotion of the band. We ask that you remove all references to Baxter and to Steve's comments about him and his naming of the band. Headeastweb (talk) 21:47, 5 July 2013 (UTC)

Be careful with the legalese - we do block for making legal threats. As the information provided is validly sourced, you would need to gain WP:CONSENSUS on the article talkpage to remove it. Note, I have added the word "claimed" in the article, which therefore directly attributes the quote as a claim. If your concern is that the suggestion of taking LSD is "slanderous", I'll remind you that it's sourced, and it was the 1960's ... most importantly, those with WP:COI should not edit the article directly, but should make sourced suggestion on the article talkpage in order to obtain consensus - you may not be provided creative control of the article (✉→BWilkins←✎) 12:48, 6 July 2013 (UTC)

Hello. There is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. Thank you.
I have requested guidance and a second opinion on this dispute from a Wikiedia administrator. If they say the information should be removed I will do so. In the meantime I have slightly altered the text to reflect that other band members believe the Huston story to be incorrect.Perhaps that is an amicable comromise. Sector001, thank you for the adjustments that you recently made to remove the references to the alias and the FBI. The statement that you added about other band members disputing Huston's claim about the naming of the band is misleading. No one is in dispute about Baxter suggesting the name of the band. The dispute is about his being wanted by the FBI which you already removed so there is no need to to clarify the band's position on something that is not even in the Background information anymore. Regardless of what the Wikipedia Administrator's determination is, we hope that your recent edits will stand and that the previous content that was removed does not find its way back into the Head East page on Wikipedia.
