Chigin edit

Hi! The article on [Hazaragi] contains some Mongolian loans. The pair "H chigin M čikin" was originally glossed as 'breast' or a word of similar meaning, but Mongolian "čikin" clearly means 'ear'. If you are a native speaker of Hazaragi (as you appear to be), can you confirm that the word "chigin" means 'ear' in that language? G Purevdorj (talk) 10:39, 24 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

Salam to G Purevdorj:
I am sorry for the mistake that I made there, The real meaning of Chigin in Hazaragi Language is your word "Breast" or "Chest" or associated part.
I have also confirmed from Hazaragi Linguistics.
I have changed the word, have a look please, here it is hazaragi language.

| - |azaraBoyz (talk) 17:19, 9 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

Salam Hazaraboyz! Thank you very much for confirming the Hazaragi word! Now I was the one who originally changed it from 'breast' to 'ear' because that's what the Mongolian word means. Even in Mogholi, we have [ʧiq’ɨn] 'ear' (I'm not aware of the word for 'breast'). The result is a rather imperfect match between Hazaragi and Mongolic, which means that the example has to be deleted altogether. G Purevdorj (talk) 20:16, 9 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

WikiProject Hazara edit

Hi there, just letting you know that I moved this page to Wikipedia:WikiProject Hazara (i.e. moved it to the Wikipedia namespace), as I presume that it were you intended to place it. Let me know if you have any questions/comments. Best, - Kingpin13 (talk) 15:54, 24 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

Hello again :). I've gone ahead and added a template in a similar style to the one you pointed to (the Afghan one). If you want changes to it, I'd encourage you to try and do them yourself. If you need more help with it just let me know. Also, don't forget to sign all your posts with four tildes (just add ~~~~ after your message). Best, - Kingpin13 (talk) 16:30, 24 September 2009 (UTC)Reply
Thank again Kingpin: exectly we can apply other or already created template but how to edit the template for bringing changes to its background colour or adding buttons, or adding images. | - |azaraBoyz (talk) 17:09, 24 September 2009 (UTC)Reply
The template I made for your project is at Wikipedia:WikiProject Hazara/Template start. Go there, and edit to change the template. For adding new buttons, fin te place where I've said "Add new buttons ABOVE this line" and on the line above add this code:

<td style = "background: #FFDFDF; border-bottom: 1px solid #4F0000; border-left: 5px solid #BF3B3B; border-right: 1px solid #4F0000; padding: 0.25em; border-top: 1px solid white;"> BUTTON TEXT HERE </td>

Replacing "BUTTON TEXT HERE" with he link for the button. The current background colour is "BF3B3B", so to change that, simply find & replace all occurrences of "BF3B3B" with the RGB code for the new colour (you can find RGB codes at this site). To add an image, find the place where I've said "Place an image here" and replace it with the image. Hope that helps, if you want me to do anything specific to the template, just ask, or if you need more help, again, just ask :) - Kingpin13 (talk) 17:21, 24 September 2009 (UTC)Reply
Salam kingpin:

Definitenly POV/copyedit issues in Hussain Ali Yousafi edit

Greetings, I'm restoring the pov/copyedit tags, as the article definitely needs them. Bolding random words? Use of terms like "a great tragedy for all of Pakistan", "a great humanitarian", "shaheed"? Definitely POV. The article needs to be edited to remove sectarian/ethnic bias, so please don't remove the tags until the bias is removed. You're not doing the Hazara community any favors if you deliberately damage the credibility and neutrality of articles on Hazara issues. MatthewVanitas (talk) 22:15, 24 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

I went ahead and fixed the article, feel free to take a look and see what changed. MatthewVanitas (talk) 23:59, 24 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

Reverted your edits to Hazara people edit

Greetings, your edits to Hazara people added POV bias, so I reverted them. Please understand that you can't go around talking about "cruel kings", "martyrs", etc. without it being POV. You can't use Wikipedia to glorify or demonize anyone, and phrases like "he took the revenge" are not appropriate. You have good information about Hazara topics, but unless it's written with proper grammar/spelling, footnoted, and free of bias it doesn't do the Hazara any good. You'd just end up with a hard-to-read, unreferenced article that's so biased no non-Hazara would believe it. Please take the time to follow WP procedures when adding to articles. MatthewVanitas (talk) 23:58, 24 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

Salam MathewVanitas
Why are you inverting the article directly, please do suggest me of making changes to the article, I will change and will give you referenced article. Please I request you, don't do it again. I will change any mistake and spelling with grammatically incorrect text or sentence. | - |azaraBoyz (talk) 03:39, 25 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

Article title of Hussain Ali Yousafi edit

Greetings! I've reverted the move you made to Hussain Ali Yousafi. It is not clear that the other spelling is more accepted than the current one. Please explain the change at the talk page before moving the article again. —C.Fred (talk) 03:30, 27 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

Hazara people edit

Hello. I have tagged the articles Hazara people and Hazaragi, because your edits are (a) unsourced (b) POV (c) partially totally misleading and false. I appreciate your contributions, as I believe that your editing in good faith, but at the same time, your edits are being contradicted by authoritative scholarly sources. Besides that, speaking of "Turkish and Mongol faces" is POV and it is racism (the Turkish people do not have any "Turkish faces" as you understand it, does that mean that they are no Turks?!).

I will not revert your edits for the time being, therefore I have tagged them. But I have asked an admin for help, and if you are not able to find good and reliable sources for your claims (and I really doubt that you can find any), I will revert the article to last stable version which was based on the excellent scholarly article of the Encyclopaedia Iranica. Regards. Tajik (talk) 23:37, 27 September 2009 (UTC) you do not have the right to do so men, which sentence I have to give you reference.Reply

You always talking about Encyclopaedia Iranica, I think you are doing wrong as this encyclopedia is totally about Iranian people so this encyclopedia is not related to Hazaras. why you are talking then..
I have talked about Turkic and Mongolic Face why do you have any douth, ( Uzbeks, Turkic, Mongolic, Hazaras and Uyghurs have related faces).
Incase you revert the article you will be request block to Administrators. you are tajik, how you guess about Hazara people, that what is correct and what is wrong.| - |azaraBoyz (talk) 16:30, 28 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

Blocked for sock puppetry edit

In response to your email, I didn't block for "abusing" User:Tajik per se, but for utilizing multiple accounts to circumvent Wikipedia policies, more specifically, using an account named User:Time Buddha to help you out in the Hazara people article. Per our sock puppetry policy that is not allowed, and that is why I have performed the block. As mentioned in the template above, you can request an unblock and have another administrator review the block if you feel that I erred in my decision. Regards, MuZemike 17:47, 29 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

Salam to MuZemike:
How I was involved doing so, any prove that I made in wikipedia which could be a source for you to block me. when I utilize multiple accounts? User: Time Budha is totally independence to me, I cannot force him to help in editing Hazara people article. I my self is a Hazara, I tried my best to have brilliant article about Hazaras in Wikipedia. I was not supposed to hit wikipedia's polices, If this is the reason I must not be block.

Unblock Request edit

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Hazaraboys (block logactive blocksglobal blockscontribsdeleted contribsfilter logcreation logchange block settingsunblockcheckuser (log))

Request reason:

I am not using multiple account, my own account is User:Hazaraboys. while User:Hazaraboyz is the moved account of HazaraBoys. There is no different between this two accounts but User:Time Buddha is totally different account and I am not related to this account. In the investigation report only behavioral reason are given by the administrator. Thats why I am block. It is correct that I have awarded User:Time Buddha for his work on article Hazara people or related because I am the creator of Wikipedia:WikiProject_Hazara. This reason cannot block me in wikipedia free encyclopedia.

Decline reason:

I am declining your request for unblock because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    • understand what you have been blocked for,
    • will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    • will make useful contributions instead.

Request reason:

As I have discussed the problem and request for unblock, now I will promise that i will not continue to cause the disruption and damage of the articles in wikipedia, promise to make useful contribution as I am supposed to do this.

Decline reason:

What disruption? What damage? What useful contributions? All this request shows me is that you read the guide to unblocking and can spout back what it said to do. It doesn't convince me you understand what led to the block, why the behavior was not acceptable, nor does it convince me your future contributions will be constructive. Hazaraboys (block logactive blocksglobal blockscontribsdeleted contribsfilter logcreation logchange block settingsunblockcheckuser (log))

Request reason:

This request is made by me User:Hazaraboys, to unblock me now and its not necessary to block me further because I have realized the problem and got understanding to Wikipedia's rule for editing. As I am block due to utilizing multiple accounts to circumvent Wikipedia policies, but now I have understood the polices and I promise to have good contribution in Wikipedia's free encyclopedia.
Explanation of Problem
As I have mentioned above that I was blocked due to utilizing multiple accounts to circumvent Wikipedia policies. but i also promise that I am not using two account for my help in article Hazara people. In the investigation User: Time Buddha are said to be my sock puppet. He/she has no involvement is this case but he is also blocked. For assuring that I always have good contribution in wikipedia here are some examples:
*I have contribution in article Hazara people, *I have contribution in article Hazaragi language, *I have contribution in article Shaheed Hussain Ali Yousafi *I have created article Hazara Democratic Party *I have created article 106th Hazara Pioneers *I have created article Hazara town *I am the creator of WikiProject Hazara,
which is really created for the improvement of articles related to Hazaras, specially article Hazara people. :Now the situation is in front of you (mean administrators), whether you unblock me or not but I was always supposed to construct articles related to Hazaras as I have before, but also promise that I will continue my contribution whether you declined my unblock, as my unblock expires but my contribution will be constructive not destructive. The user which requested for blocking me is supporting me now, as he himself mentioned below. Thank you for the administrators reviews (
| - |azaraBoyz (talk) 10:40, 1 October 2009 (UTC)).Reply

Decline reason:

Given that you rather obviously used a sock to evade your block, I'm not only declining this request, but I'm also resetting the block timer. When you come back from your block, you need to choose only ONE account and only edit from that account, or else the next block will be indefinite. Blueboy96 21:26, 3 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

I am supporting Hazaraboys' request to get unblocked again. However, 2 of the 3 existing accounts should be blocked permanently. And from now on, he should discuss controversial edits and he should not ignore or reject standard reference works or scholarly publications (as he has continuously done in the past few weeks). I am willing to help him - if he wants to. Regards. Tajik (talk) 21:26, 30 September 2009 (UTC)Reply
Hazaraboys, what is your relationship to the account User:TheHazaraBoy?--Doug.(talk contribs) 20:25, 1 October 2009 (UTC)Reply
Hazaraboys, do not remove declined requests, or this page will be protected from editing.  Sandstein  19:30, 3 October 2009 (UTC)Reply
For anyone still reading this page: I believe I have evidence that User:TheHazaraBoy was created by an unrelated third party to make it harder for Hazaraboyz to get his block lifted. See User_talk:Hazaraboyz#User:TheHazaraBoy. -- Soap Talk/Contributions 20:19, 14 November 2009 (UTC)Reply
