Lostpedia edit

You do realise that Lostpedia came out of AFD yesterday as a KEEP don't you? I don't understand why you've decided to pick on Lostpedia, as its only going to end up as a speedy keep! --217.65.158.120 11:18, 2 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

I did not know that no. I AfDed it as I did with other Wiki websites as well. Havok (T/C/c) 11:24, 2 November 2006 (UTC)Reply
Well for a start, this would be Lostpedia's third nomination, and only yesterday as I say, did it come out of an AFD with KEEP. You haven't nominated some far less notable websites such as Memory Alpha or Wookieepedia though. Please remove your AFD, as obviously, it would look better on yourself if you did. --217.65.158.120 11:27, 2 November 2006 (UTC)Reply
I have placed Wookieepedia up for AfD, I have also voted delete on WikiFur. And what exactly do you mean by "look better on yourself"? Havok (T/C/c) 11:31, 2 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

Strong Keep for Wookieepedia edit

Havok, Have you ever seen the databank at starwars.com? It doesn't come close to the amount of facts wookieepedia has, it costs money to ask questions or see new information, and it isn't being added too nearly as much. Also, wookieepedia is more than a nerdy/fan site. It IS the star wars encyclopedia. It is the largest star wars information site on the web, and it is constantly growing. Almost everything is sourced and reliable information, and it is one of the largest wikis here. On wikipedia, the star wars and wookieepedia articles are mostly non-fiction information, but they are one of few ways to reach Wookieepedia, the Star Wars WIKI! Deletion means all of the countless articles, images, and information will be lost. And if wookieepedia is so nerdy, why is the star trek wiki still here? Look, I am not trying to be a pest, but wookieepedia is very noticeable and its context is varifiable. I just want to voice my opinion and say all of Wikipedia's member's time and applauded effort of designing and redesigning wookieepedia and its articles will go to waste. I myself have added/edited numerous articles and have spent my personal time sourcing unverified articles and pouring over novels to make sure that wookieepedia is as accurate as can be. Removal of prod edit

Hey there Havok, would you mind commenting at Talk:Professions (World of Warcraft) to elaborate on why you removed the prod? Thanks much! --Brad Beattie (talk) 14:43, 16 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

vBulletin Page edit

It's good that you did that because there are plenty more valuable vBulletin Resource sites out there that users should see if you are going to allow one vBulletin Resource site you should allow them all as long as they are on topic and not spam. Obviously you are going to keep deleting those other resources in favor of select few.

Do you get paid well for adding the links to the vb page ?? --Brandon Sheley 00:06, 26 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

WP:CVG deletions edit

Just a heads-up, when you remove closed AfD's from the list, remember to add them to the deletion archive. Thanks! --PresN 06:01, 26 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

Orphaned fair use image (Image:World of Warcraft Nightelf Female Druid.jpg) edit

Thanks for uploading Image:World of Warcraft Nightelf Female Druid.jpg. I notice the 'image' page currently specifies that the image is unlicensed for use on Wikipedia and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Fritz S. (Talk) 12:32, 26 November 2006 (UTC)Reply
