Hello, I'm IronGargoyle. I noticed that you made a change to an article, List of Jats, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. IronGargoyle (talk) 15:55, 8 May 2015 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Babu Muhammad Rafique

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Babu Muhammad Rafique requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Wgolf (talk) 19:18, 8 May 2015 (UTC)Reply

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did to Babu Muhammad Rafique with this edit, you may be blocked from editing. Winner 42 Talk to me! 19:31, 8 May 2015 (UTC)Reply

Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with Babu Muhammad Rafique. If you believe the page should not be deleted, you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Contest this speedy deletion, which appears inside the speedy deletion notice. This will allow you to make your case on the article's talk page. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the article. You may not remove the speedy deletion template from an article you created. Removing it yourself is disruptive and treated as vandalism.C.Fred (talk) 19:46, 8 May 2015 (UTC)Reply

That said, once I got a chance to stop replacing the speedy delete template and dig into the information, particularly the link to the PAP website, I saw that there is an assertion of significance that will prevent speedy deletion, so I removed the tag. —C.Fred (talk) 20:11, 8 May 2015 (UTC)Reply
