Hello edit

Ta-da, found you! As I said, let me know when's good for you. Olaf Davis (talk) 10:16, 27 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

I've given a deeply insightful reply on my talk page. I'll warn you now that I tend to reply to messages at the location they were given (so conversations don't get fragmented), but some people reply on the sender's page (so people always get the 'new messages' box, which only happens when the message is on your own talk page). This is all part of the wonderful diversity which makes Wikipedia great.[citation needed] Olaf Davis (talk) 19:17, 28 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

Useful pages edit

As discussed - you can store them on your user page or wherever you like.

In general if you want help on a topic - say, beans - a good first try is to go to Wikipedia:beans (or equivalently WP:beans). But pretend I didn't show you that one! Olaf Davis (talk) 18:46, 6 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

Likewise e.g. Template:Citation needed for templates. Olaf Davis (talk) 18:50, 6 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

A lot of these have shortcuts too - e.g. WP:CITE. Olaf Davis (talk) 18:52, 6 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

Named references example edit

It seems that this was messing up the section below it so I've taken the liberty of commenting it out. Olaf Davis (talk) 12:03, 14 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

New WikiProject edit

You might be interested in this, which seems to be new this month. I haven't looked into it at all myself. Olaf Davis (talk) 12:03, 14 August 2009 (UTC)Reply
