Thanks for your note. The article I deleted was basically a lot of laudatory and promotional copy, which violates WP:SPAM and WP:NPOV. Also, it didn't really indicate how Ms. Billings met the notability standards of WP:BIO -- winning local pageants and competing in state pageants isn't enough. Please don't repost the article unless you can satisfy the standards of the policy sections that I just cited. NawlinWiki (talk) 01:19, 21 September 2011 (UTC)
