Hello, Hanan khalid, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few links to pages you might find helpful:

You may also want to take the Wikipedia Adventure, an interactive tour that will help you learn the basics of editing Wikipedia. You can visit The Teahouse to ask questions or seek help.

Please remember to sign your messages on talk pages by typing four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask for help on your talk page, and a volunteer should respond shortly. Again, welcome! 331dot (talk) 10:19, 30 August 2017 (UTC)Reply

Your recent edits

edit

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button (  or  ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 10:22, 30 August 2017 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of My new GM

edit

Hello Hanan khalid,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged My new GM for deletion, because it seems to be a test. Did you know that the Wikipedia Sandbox is available for testing out edits?

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions.

Admin

edit

Hi. I have removed your request at Wikipedia:Requests for adminship/Optional RfA candidate poll, as it is quite clear that you have no idea what is needed to become an administrator on the English Wikipedia, and you clearly have not read Wikipedia:Advice for RfA candidates. Someone whose account has only been registered for one day and who has made only a handful of edits has no chance whatsoever of becoming an admin here - do you honestly think we hand over admin rights to anyone who has just turned up and asked for them?

Seriously, do read Wikipedia:Advice for RfA candidates, spend a couple of years here helping us build our encyclopedia, and don't even think of applying to become an admin before that.

I see there's an invitation to the Teahouse in a message further up this page, and a Welcome message containing lots of useful links - please do follow those up, the Teahouse is a great place to learn the beginnings of how Wikipedia works. Personal attacks

edit

Making personal attacks is forbidden on Wikipedia. Another comment like this one, and you will be blocked from editing. Vanamonde (talk) 12:20, 30 August 2017 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing because it appears that you are not here to build an encyclopedia. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may request an unblock by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Vanamonde (talk) 12:26, 30 August 2017 (UTC)Reply

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

i want to edit an article

Decline reason:

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.

Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. Yamla (talk) 13:29, 30 August 2017 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
