It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. Another useful script

Greetings, I noticed you did some WikiProject assessments and thought you might find this tool useful as well. User:Equazcion/CatListMainTalkLinks.js. If you look at a category, like Category:Iowa stubs, it will light up the talk page in red if it hasn't been created.
