Hello, I'm MrOllie. I wanted to let you know that one or more external links you added have been removed because they seemed to be inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page, or take a look at our guidelines about links.   Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. MrOllie (talk) 14:30, 16 March 2017 (UTC)Reply

I contributed information or gave a citation for an unknown term with a citation of where the information was from. I did not add a link, the citation added an external link because the information is not contained in a wiki. I will attempt to talk on a page before submitting changes. MrOllie I noticed you also removed a link provided by another user Fnlayson on 01:54, 20 February 2017. Thank you for the quick and extra harsh punishment.HPAlloys (talk) 17:39, 16 March 2017 (UTC)Reply

I think you read the history incorrectly, the other link was added by an IP user back in 2015. - MrOllie (talk) 17:51, 16 March 2017 (UTC)Reply

And so it was. An apparently bashful, helpful individual; a beneficial contributor to society that also knows oilfields from 2012 to 2015.HPAlloys (talk) 20:24, 16 March 2017 (UTC)Reply
