edit• Good brief background of the subject but needs an overview of the article's main points. • While the theories are good there should be more dates under the history section about women’s rights in the PA system • In the statistics section, a graph showing the increase would be good. • Challenges needs to be expanded • Under the International case studies, there should be more than just one study • Good notable figures but maybe adding a couple more that influence the PA system would be better • The Policies chart was a good presentation • sourcing is good • no problems on neutrality • Its written well and is readable • Organization can be better for example rearranging in what order the headings should go in • Has proper format • Good illustrations
I like that they put notable figures, as well how they approach doing the policies chart, and the good amount of illustrations.
An improvement could be the rearrangement of the headings to help it flow better. As well expanding a few of the subheadings. Van rod94 (talk) 17:55, 25 April 2015 (UTC)

edit-There are some minor spelling errors -The opening paragraph is a little weak -The flow of the article is great. It is broken down nicely where it is easily understandable and readable -I would add more information under statistics and challenges? -I really liked the notable figures part -Good job on not stating opinions which on gender roles can be hard to do so. edit-This is a good article. -Excellent references and external links. -I suggest provide more information on the key points in the lead paragraph. -The structure of the article was well organized. -The information does make a clear understanding on gender in public administration. -Excellent use of statistics and pictures with captions. -I suggest taking out "What does genger in public administration mean." -I like the whole article because it states facts with detailed information from their preferences and they use a chart to further clarify their point of view.
