Help request edit

{{helpme}} I'm the first person to start at the Talk page for this article [[1]]. Looking for others responses to my comments and judgments.--GzRRk 4 (talk) 05:53, 9 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

Posting there should sufficient, the help template is only for requesting help. Also, don't forget the archives. ~ Amory (usertalkcontribs) 06:00, 9 August 2009 (UTC)Reply
Sorry, I forgot, I wanted to ask what I do if 1+ weeks go by with no responses at the Talk page.--GzRRk 4 (talk) 06:36, 9 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

Citations edit

When you delete text, please take care not to delete the first occurrence of a named ref.[2] See WP:FN, and when you finish editing, if you scroll to the bottom of the page, to the citation list, you will see if you've lost citations if they show up in red. SandyGeorgia (Talk) 06:20, 11 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

I removed the citation per my last Talk comments at the bottom, about citation #16. Source is copied and pasted on Amanda Baggs's website. No link to the source itself. Etc.--GzRRk 4 (talk) 07:08, 11 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

I've added responses now at Talk:Autism Every Day. I wanted to give you a few reminders. First, both of you engaged in edit warring: please review WP:3RR. Second, the dispute was a routine content dispute; taking it to RFC as well as several editors and AN/I could gain you a reputation for forum shopping. Third, you have several misunderstandings about Wiki policies and how to work with other editors (see the article talk page). Fourth, when you request other editors' help, please keep in mind that this a volunteer venture and others get to things as soon as they're able. There is no hurry. Best regards, SandyGeorgia (Talk) 23:22, 15 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

I understand your frustration; when I was new, I had a message on my user page for months that said, "Who wrote the manual for this thing, anyway?" Your frustration is not uncommon. So, while you are learning the ropes, there are a few essentials you must always keep in mind: 1) nothing will get you blocked as fast as edit warring, so read and follow WP:3RR; 2) WP:AGF is key; and 3) there is no hurry ... don't go running off to ANI or RFC when it's not yet necessary ... ask other editors first, and be patient :) All of the rest will eventually fall into place if you stick to those things first. Keep at it ! SandyGeorgia (Talk) 06:15, 16 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

Hello GzRRk 4! I was wondering if you could help me with some edits for Charlotte Valuer page. Staying true to neutrality and objectivity; I do have a conflict of interest which is why I can’t make the edits myself.

Her page doesn’t reflect her impressive career in the financial industry (Former Chair of IOD) as well as fighting for equality for all in the boardroom and wider society. She’s just set up a new charity the Institute for Neurodiversity (https://ioni24.wildapricot.org/). Additionally, the page hasn’t been properly edited since 2018.

Take a look at my sandbox (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:MIAAccount/sandbox) and let me know if you have the capacity right now to help me edit it! Cheers!MIAAccount (talk) 17:21, 13 December 2021 (UTC)Reply
