Well, if the tendentious editing pattern returns, I'm (unfortunately) far more well versed with ANI now. Although, I have to admit that I am surprised by the effort put forth on the Pornographic film actor article with the Autobiography section. But the wholesale removal of names from the Hall of Fame lists is IMO a blatant attempt at undermining the entire Porn Project scope of articles since its a PORN BIO factor that is relied upon so heavily. --Scalhotrod - Just your average banjo playing, drag racing, cowboy... He's being confronted by his actions by an administrator there...that's why the editing pattern changed. Squeak knows exactly what's he's up to here...it's obvious. Claiming "BLP!" is not a shield for one's bad editing practices. Guy1890 (talk) 22:39, 2 August 2014 (UTC)

Well, the best part about this is that he can do whatever he wants and after we fix it all, we can still take him to ANI and ask for a Indefinite Topic Ban. That a great question...I've been keeping a list of mostly (ruined?) articles that were on or were recently added to my watchlist, which include:

XRCO Hall of Fame

List of Asian pornographic actors

AVN Female Performer of the Year Award

I don't think there's much left to be done at AVN Best New Starlet Award, since the award nominees aren't really covered under PORNBIO anymore, and I think we're looking pretty good at List of members of the AVN Hall of Fame. There's probably lots more articles that "Squeak" has hacked away at in recent days, but you can find them by going through his list of "contributions"...ugh...

Keep in mind that, at AN/I (a place that I loathe with a passion), less is more...walls of text get routinely overlooked by administrators. I think lots of people have well-documented the bad faith & disruptive behavior of a few editors in enough places at this late date. Thanx for your help. Guy1890 (talk) 03:07, 4 August 2014 (UTC)

Yea, there's a lot of work that's unfortunately been gutted over these last many months. In my mind, the awards-related articles and maybe the sub-genre article are the most important to be restored at some point soon. I realize the at least tangential importance of the adult performers that appeared in mainstream work article to PORNBIO, but there's waaay too much heat on that article at the moment. Deleting True Information

Hi, I'm not trying to be mean, but I have seen that you have undid my edit on Thunderstorm. Now, I'm explaining this as clear I can, but that was true info. Everybody calls it a t-storm. Now, I'm going to re-add it on there and please don't reply saying "propose on talk page, please". Thelogoontherun (talk) 12:46, 8 August 2014 (UTC)

Is it "true info" that some people call thunderstorms "T-storms"? Yes, but it's a nickname/slang term at best and not really needed in the article in question. There's no reason to edit war over something so silly. Guy1890 (talk) 02:32, 7 August 2014 (UTC)

• What's been going on here, unfortunately, is more gamesmanship (by some of the usual suspects, of course)...remove any mention of this material from a few articles because it isn't sourced, then remove the same, exact material again from even more articles after it's been successfully sourced. I personally think that it's a carry-over from this CfD a while ago where the entire category that was related to the Golden Age of Porn was deleted. Heaven forbid that a well-known adult performer from that time period of adult films have a mention that they were actually from that time period in their Wikipedia articles...ugh...

As of a while ago, I have all of the names that were removed from this category stored somewhere safe (including pretty much all the ones that had this entry here removed from them recently). What I'm eventually going to do with them is another story. After this whole recent fiasco of blanking list content, it's probably not a good idea to start another pornography-related list. Maybe this book entry can be used somehow (as at least a Further Reading entry?) in the Golden Age of Porn article...who knows...I don't like to play games with articles.
