Euclidean algorithm

Please stop adding unnecessary implementations to Euclidean algorithm. In each case they are only an improvement under limited circumstances. On a modern day system such details are normally taken care of by the compiler anyway, but even if not such low level details are not relevant to the article. Sorry, but you don't have any scientific arguments. Please test our work and you will see that it is faster than Knutn's realizations in all cases.
