Re Knoxville, and Steber

Actually, I'd removed the information you added previously, and explained why on the talk page. There is an interview in the book I refer to - one mentioned often in the body of the article itself... (available in a searchable book at books.google.com I think?) that explains this, though the notion that Knoxville was commissioned by Steber is a common misperception.
