Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, the username you have chosen (Gridplusplus) seems to imply that you are editing on behalf of a group, company or website.

A tag has been placed on User:Gridplusplus, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be unambiguous advertising that only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Contested deletion

• I think perhaps you're missing the point. Wikipedia is not a place for you to increase you and/or your company's presence on the net, advertise your services, talk about your vision and values, etc. You can't do that here. . why are the XPower++ Links deleted, they are not promotional at all, they only state the existence of a tool, if external links is the false whay to go how do I create a XPower++ page, like Ultimate++ has, the reason why I created a account in the first place was to prevent the deletion of the XPower++ lines in Cross Platform Development List and List of Rapid Application Development tools --84.44.48.3 (talk) 15:55, 11 October 2011 (UTC)

How is that spamming? it is a real tool in a list of real tools - its called adding info, ok I can understand the external link, instead of being nasty, can you explain how to open a page like Ultimate++ so I can put it in there, then it is not a external link, the reason why I opened an account was to create that page. --84.44.48.3 (talk) 16:03, 11 October 2011 (UTC)

• You shouldn't be adding material to articles about yourself or an organization you represent. If you and/or your organization becomes notable, somebody will write about you. How is this then a Open Encyclopedia, Why do you invite in your front page to add, edit, and help to make this as accurate as possible, having a tool added into the list is accurate info. I starting to suspect that this is something else and I am very disappointed. I have added XPower++ again, without an external link, so pure info, people have the right to know that such a tool exist, and the Encyclopedia is a free tool of research, so please leave it in. --84.44.48.3 (talk) 16:27, 11 October 2011 (UTC)

• Sorry, but no. Please see Wikipedia:Verifiability, where it notes "The threshold for inclusion in Wikipedia is verifiability, not truth". You say something is true. Fine, it's true. Don't care. If it's not verifiable by secondary sources, there's a pretty good chance it doesn't belong here. That's a strike against it. Next, a person who is representing the organization is the one adding the material. That's another strike against it. Open encyclopedia, yes. your argument is bull, you are currently deleting a true statement, me or any other will continue to edit that list, there is nothing you can do (except to continue to delete the truth), this is absolutely not promoting, everyone has the right to learn about the truth, XPower++ will end up in that list, its a free country, everyone has the right to know, this is my last comment about this. • If you want to start a war, we have plenty of tools to assist us in assuring your disruptive edits are prevented, including having your company blacklisted from Wikipedia.
