Edits to Age of Mythology

edit

Thanks for this edit. Just a note, please do NOT add the timestamp anywhere in an article, because it makes it a lot harder to read. Thanks! ~ G1ggy! Reply | Powderfinger! 23:09, 14 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of The Devil's Redemption

edit

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article The Devil's Redemption, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Notability of Identical (the sims 2)

edit

A tag has been placed on Identical (the sims 2) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article, which appears to be about a real person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable. If this is the first page that you have created, then you should read the guide to writing your first article.

If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Lastingsmilledge (talk) 23:34, 13 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

Welcome to Wikipedia. The recent edit that you made to the page Lost (TV series) has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive.   Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did with this edit to the page Lost (TV series). Such edits constitute vandalism and are reverted. Proposed deletion of Bob Ducas

edit

The article Bob Ducas has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Appears to be a hoax. No mention of this character nor the actor on IMDB.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the Proposed Deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The Speedy Deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and Articles for Deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Eeekster (talk) 06:32, 6 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

January 2010

edit

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Lost (season 6). Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period. Additionally, users who perform several reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. When in dispute with another editor you should first try to discuss controversial changes to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. Should that prove unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. Please stop the disruption, otherwise you may be blocked from editing. Alan (talk) 00:22, 9 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Additionally, IMDb is not considered a reliable source for its information as a majority of it is user-generated.[1] Please see the guideline on reliable sources for more information. --Jackieboy87 (talk · contribs) 01:46, 9 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
Because you have once again reverted without responding here or starting a discussion on the talk page, I have reported you for edit warring here. --Jackieboy87 (talk · contribs) 03:32, 9 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Ali abdulhamid

edit

A tag has been placed on Ali abdulhamid requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, a rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content. You may wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. mboverload@ 04:56, 5 July 2010 (UTC)Reply
